    We recommend, if you have never tried an ice bath before, to acclimate yourself by taking cold showers for a few days before your first cold plunge experience. In the beginning we suggest you start with the 50 degree tank until you reach 5-10 minutes in the water.

    During your initial visit we guide you through the process of taking your first cold plunge. We will also provide specific breathing techniques that will help you get through the temperature shock to help you achieve your desired goal.
  • When do I know it's time to get out?
    Its extremely important to know your limits when doing cold water immersion so you avoid injury. We guide you through a series of timed plunges so your body acclimates to the cold water without lowering your core body temperature.
